Company History In Brief DIGITCOM has been established in 1986 in Los Angeles USA by a team of experienced business, telecommunication, Automation and Security professionals lead by Mr. Jimmy Chin. Since its establishment, DIGITCOM has specialized in Computer Telephony and Interactive Multimedia Software Development. In 1992 DIGITCOM has established its Canadian Offices and linked with PYRAVISION of Canada to become a linguist and Voice Recognition Technology Center.
In 1994 DIGITCOM and MAZTRAD Technology Canada Inc. has joined hands together with Pyravision and took the technology International: Starting with Saudi Arabia, then Russia, Australia, Egypt, Hong Kong and United Arab Emirates. In late 1997 DIGITCOM Interactive Corp. (Branch) has become a public company officially listed on the NASDAQ stock Market. The vision and industry knowledge of DIGITCOM management team has allowed the 
company to experience strong, steady growth, capturing market share in both large and small business markets.
Company UAE History In Brief
In 1996 Digitcom Technology Management Relocate the Regional Head offices from Saudi Arabia to Dubai-UAE. Accordingly by 1997 Digitcom Offices has been established to serve Mainly Governmental and Semi governmental Sectors + Luxury High end structures. On the Year 2003 Digitcom Smarthome has started operation with the start of Residential Boom in the Region accomplishing Great amount of Business Percentage and proofing its superior solutions for the current market needs.
In 2007 The Group Joined Hands with a new European Partner (Preussen) in Germany, adding total KNX and EIB know how, into the Product Line and acquiring CE Mark certification to the group, opening new markets horizons for distribution massively in Whole Europe. On 2009, Total Venture Between the German Technology Body and Smart-HDL has been formed Adding More Power and Experience to the Group of Companies. 
China Partnership Venture
Smart-HDL was founded in early 2008, as a China registered venture enterprise established by Mr. Liang Guoqin of HDL (China Hedong Group established 1985) and Mr. Firas Mazloum of Smarthome UAE, both having a wealth of knowledge and vast experience and expertise in all facets of Electronics with a cumulative practice for over forty years. Both have taken many courses on the subject of Automation with an extensive experience in projects finished, and to date continues to innovate and develop devices to achieve only the latest in technology.
